Web3 Harbour (W3H) is a Hong Kong-based industry association bringing together stakeholders from across the Web3 value chain to foster collaboration, innovation, and co-curation in the sustainable development of the decentralized internet and digital assets economy.

Our initiatives emphasize community-driven impact:
- Thought Leadership & Standards: Through our SMART CONTACT podcast series, we explore decentralized tech in finance, logistics, art, and social governance with top Web3 minds. Catch the latest episodes on YouTube and Spotify @Web3Harbour. Our five Working Groups collaborate on setting practical standards that benefit the entire ecosystem.

- Public-Private Partnerships: Our Hong Kong Web3 Blueprint connects regulators, enterprises, and innovators to co-develop policies, sandboxes, and pilots, building infrastructure that supports widespread adoption and sustainability.

- Talent Development: We facilitate up-skilling opportunities through workshops, ambassador programs, and mentorships.

- Advocacy: Our leadership, advisors, and global partners work collectively to shape Hong Kong's digital asset policies.

- Events & Connections: Regular gatherings provide spaces for meaningful networking, idea-sparking, and deal-making. Stay informed on W3H and HK Web3 events at: https://luma.com/hkweb3?k=c
