Web3eco — Investing in a New Generation of Green Assets

Web3eco TerraFund is an agro-land investment fund managing over 230 hectares of plantations in Uzbekistan — and rapidly expanding. We’re building a scalable, sustainable agri-business that combines high returns with real ecological impact.

🔹 What we grow: premium Paulownia trees, capers, and intensive fruit orchards. Coming soon: industrial hemp, carbon credits, biomass, honey, flower extracts, and sapling sales.
🔹 How it works: investors purchase a land share (0.25–1 ha) and earn a proportional return from all fund plantations — from timber and carbon credits to agri by-products.
🔹 The wood market: global timber demand is rising, and Paulownia leads the way — fast-growing (up to 6m/year), durable, regenerative (up to 15 harvest cycles), and used across construction, furniture, yachts, and instruments.
🔹 Carbon credits: Paulownia absorbs CO₂ up to 10x more efficiently than conventional forests, generating long-term carbon revenue — a key driver of the green economy.
