Oliver Scherenberg

Oliver Scherenberg is a legal expert and business leader with extensive experience in intellectual property rights and compliance. As of September 2024, Oliver serves as CFO and Chief Legal and Compliance Officer at Lethe GmbH and as Of Counsel at VON HAVE FEY Rechtsanwälte. Since January 2016, Oliver has been the Founder and IP Licensing Counsel at SCHERENBERG LEGAL & LICENSING, focusing on monetizing intellectual property in web3 and generative AI. Oliver also founded WEB3LEX in September 2022, an award-winning online knowledge base for legal and tax topics in web3 and AI, and co-founded DRYMSTRYM TV GmbH in 2021, which provides licensing for live streaming and SmartTV channels. Additionally, Oliver holds the position of Orthosigliere at The Orthocorp Ltd. and has held senior legal roles at Sisvel Group, Preu Bohlig & Partner, Unverzagt von Have, and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. Oliver earned a Ph.D. in Law from Technische Universität Dresden and has a strong educational background in law from various prestigious institutions.
