Ethan Baird

Ethan Baird has a diverse work experience, spanning various roles and industries. Ethan is currently serving as the Chief Research Officer and Co-Founder at Iris Technology Inc. since June 2022, where they play a key role in leading research efforts. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder at the same company from 2019 to June 2022.

Before joining Iris Technology Inc., Ethan worked as a Software Programmer at Ghost House Technology from 2017 to December 2019. Ethan also served as a Web Technician at Revision Marketing and Design LLC from December 2017 to 2019, specializing in web-related tasks.

Ethan has prior experience in the maintenance field, having worked at Grace Bible College from September 2015 to December 2017. Ethan also held a role as a CNC Machinist at STEEPLECHASE TOOL & DIE INC in 2014.

Through their various roles, Ethan has gained expertise in research, technology, software programming, web development, maintenance, and CNC machining.

Ethan Baird obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Davenport University, where they studied from 2013 to 2018. During the same time period, they also pursued a Bachelor's degree in Bible/Biblical Studies at Grace Christian University.
