Ruojing Jia

Ruojing (Lexi) Jia is currently a Fintech Innovation Project Manager at WeBank, where they focus on driving advancements in financial technology. Previously, they held various roles, including Software Developer at Ping An Technology, where they improved the performance of machine learning models for smoke and fire detection, and Researcher at the University of Richmond, where they studied convolutional neural networks for bird image classification. Lexi has also interned at notable organizations such as the Bank of China and the China General Chamber of Commerce - USA, where they gained valuable experience in both administrative tasks and investment assessment. They earned a Master's degree in Data Analytics and Statistics from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Richmond.
