Prior to joining Webasto, Dexter held leadership roles at Faurecia and Lexmark International Inc., where responsibilities included global purchasing strategies and managing substantial sourcing teams. Dexter began their career as a Purchasing Manager at Lynn Imaging, overseeing sourcing and supplier agreements.
