Kishor Shinde

Kishor Shinde is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Head HR and Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Webasto Group since April 2022, Kishor has previously worked as an HR Business Partner at Mitsubishi Electric in India from September 2016 to April 2022, and as a Human Resources Specialist at Dura Automotive from May 2013 to September 2016. Additional experience includes the position of HR Executive at FORVIA from October 2010 to May 2013 and Officer HR at Flash Electronics India Pvt Ltd from February 2009 to September 2010. Kishor holds an MBA in HR from IIMS (2008-2010) and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the Maharashtra State Board (2005-2008).
