Michael Ridings

Michael Ridings is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering and operations within the automotive and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Owner and Operator at OTS / Molds since May 2022, Michael specializes in creating high-quality soft plastic and plastic injection molds through precision CNC machining. Prior to this, Michael held various significant roles at Webasto Group, including Prototype and Tool Room Supervisor and Validation Engineer, responsible for managing customer validation processes and prototype testing. Additional experience includes ownership of Vortex Converters, where Michael rebuilt and designed racing torque converters, and positions at Volkswagen Group of America, TRW, Ford Motor Company, and Royal Oak Ford, showcasing a diverse background in technical service, quality assurance, and product support.
