Ryan Mitchell

Ryan Mitchell serves as the Global Director of Engineering at Webasto Group since October 2020, with global responsibilities for GM, Ford, and Tesla, and regional oversight for Stellantis. Previously, Ryan held various engineering leadership roles at Webasto Convertibles USA, Inc. from September 2010 to October 2020, including Director of Engineering, where responsibilities included managing engineering activities, tracking development processes, and interfacing with customers. Ryan's career began at Karmann USA, Inc., where multiple positions, including Senior Product Engineer and Product Engineer, focused on designing convertible roof and closure mechanisms using Catia V5. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan-Dearborn and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University.
