Thomas Bauer

Thomas Bauer serves as Vice President of Sales in the Business Area Electrification at Webasto Group, focusing on customer-centric approaches and developing a new Sales Engine. With a rich background at Webasto Group, Thomas has held positions such as Global Sales Excellence Program Director, Director Global Purchasing Charging Systems, and Director Global Supplier Quality. Prior experience includes roles at Webasto Roof Systems Americas as Director Supplier Quality North America and Supplier Development Manager, as well as positions as Supplier Development Engineer and Junior Project Manager at Webasto Group. Thomas is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at the Technical University of Munich, building on a prior Diplom-Ingenieur degree from Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences.
