David Franklin

David Franklin has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. David began their career in 2002 at Naval District Washington as a Security/Patrol member, where they excelled in their training and was selected for continued training with Blackwater U.S. David then joined the National Naval Medical Center in 2004 as a Training Supervisor and Team Leader, responsible for maintaining training records and supervising a medical unit. In 2005, David joined Helicopter Maritime Strike Squadron - 41 as a Leading Petty Officer, Supervisor, and Senior Department Representative. Here, they supervised and led a team of 18 personnel, managed schedules for upper management, and implemented programs to improve financial tracking, resulting in cost savings. From 2008 to 2010, they served as a Leading Petty Officer/Supervisor at the Third Marine Air Wing, overseeing daily operations and maintaining records for a Marine helicopter squadron. In 2011, David worked as an Air Export Agent for Expeditors International of Washington, completing an intensive training program and obtaining TSA clearance. David then joined FedEx Freight as a Dockworker/Biller before transitioning to Webb-Stiles of Alabama as a Shipping/Receiving Manager. From 2013 to 2019, David worked at Webb-Stiles Company as a Cost Estimator. David subsequently joined Central Conveyor in 2019, initially as a Chief Estimator and later assuming the same role at Webb-Stiles Company in 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Estimator at Webb-Stiles Company.

David Franklin completed their Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Colorado Technical University in the years 2008-2009. David then pursued their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Management from the University of Phoenix, graduating in 2011. David furthered their education by obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business of Administration from Ashford University between the years 2012 and 2014.
