Lumen Moolman

Lumen Moolman is a Partner in the Tax Business Unit at Webber Wentzel, specializing in Corporate and M&A tax advisory. With experience in corporate restructurings, M&A, and tax due diligence, Lumen holds qualifications as a CA(SA) and as an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa. Lumen's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Law from Stellenbosch University, a Bachelor of Commerce Honours in Accounting, and a Master of Commerce in Taxation, achieved with distinction at the University of Johannesburg. Prior to their current role, Lumen served as a Candidate Attorney and held various tax management positions at Webber Wentzel and EY.
