Hadas also worked at eWave as the Development Division Manager, where they managed a team of 60 developers and project managers. Hadas played a crucial role in defining and implementing the company's product strategy, focusing on areas such as Big Data, BI, and Cloud.

Hadas gained valuable experience as the Knowledge Management Products Division Manager at Elad Systems. Hadas managed a business unit and was responsible for defining the product vision, leading the R&D team, and managing customer accounts.

In their early career, they worked at Amdocs as a Project Manager, overseeing projects worth over $100M and providing technical pre-sale support. Hadas also served as an On-Site Manager, managing overall Amdocs activities and supervising the development and support for existing systems.

Hadas began their career at Bezeq as a Project Manager, where they managed a $20M project and led a team of Business Analysts as part of a new billing multi-system.

Lastly, they spent several years at Intel Corporation as an ERP Project Manager, leading global IT projects and managing employees remotely across the world.

Hadas Avinor (Satinger) holds an MBA degree in Business Strategic Planning and Marketing from Tel Aviv University, which they completed from 1994 to 1999.
