James Prescott

James Prescott is an experienced professional in Learning and Development with a robust background in designing and implementing training programs across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Production at WebCE since August 2018, Prescott has also worked as an Independent Contractor specializing as a Learning & Development Consultant, where collaborations included the development of onboarding programs for At Home, LLC. Previous roles include Manager of Learning & Development at Fossil Group, Inc., where global training initiatives were implemented, and Director of Training & Development at Rent-A-Center, overseeing a large-scale Learning Management System and a professional development program. James Prescott began a career in instructional design at ACS/Intellinex/Ernst & Young and directed internet development at Dallas Golf Company, and holds a BA in Psychology from Texas Tech University.
