César Gonçalves

César Gonçalves has a diverse work experience history. César started their career at IBM in 2012 as an AppleCare IOS Advisor. From there, they worked at Ramsden International as a Customer Service Assistant and later became an Inside Sales Advisor. In 2018, César joined NFU Mutual as an Underwriter, where they assessed risks and negotiated policy terms. César then moved to Stickyeyes in the same year, working as a Paid Marketing Communications Executive, where they communicated and negotiated with websites on behalf of clients. Currently, they are employed at Webcertain as a Business Solutions Executive, responsible for promoting the company's growth and developing tailored digital marketing strategies. César has a strong background in sales, underwriting, and digital marketing.

César Gonçalves holds a Master's degree in Marketing from the Instituto Superior de Gestão, which they obtained from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they pursued a Licentiate degree in International Relations at the Universidade do Minho from 2008 to 2011. In 2012, they completed an International Marketing and Transport Logistics Diploma at the Portuguese Entrepreneurial Association and INGAFOR Business School. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Marketing in a Digital World from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in February 2017.
