Cosmin Mitroi

Cosmin Mitroi serves as the Head of Research and Development and R&D Architect at Payset since November 2023, focusing on innovative initiatives. As the Co-Founder and CEO of WebChain since April 2018, Cosmin guides companies through product development to enhance ROI in digital transformation. Previous experiences include roles as a Senior Software Engineer at Ness Digital Engineering, where work involved the Fronter learning platform, and as a Full Stack Developer at Infobest on the vitrado sales portal. Earlier positions encompassed web development at MyGov and X3, and work as a member of AIESEC, contributing to promotional materials. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from West University of Timisoara, complemented by a Baccalaureate Degree from High School “Stefan Odobleja.”
