Joanna Lichwa is currently the Head of FP&A at WEBCON since 2024. Previously, they served as the Strategic Projects and Business Analysis Manager at Home Care Services earlier in 2024 and worked as a Data Analyst from 2018 to 2019 at the same company. Joanna's experience also includes various roles in data analysis and administration, culminating in a position as the Team Leader for Settlements and Administration. They earned a Master's degree in Financial Mathematics from Uniwersytet Jagielloński w Krakowie, where they studied from 2011 to 2016.
