Marcin Somla

Marcin Somla is a seasoned manager with 20 years of experience in the creation and business development of IT companies. They currently serve as the Head of Sales at WEBCON and have previously held significant roles, including Country Manager at SER-Group and Deputy Chief at the IT Project Center under the Ministry of Administration and Digital Affairs. Marcin has demonstrated expertise in project management, business development, and building teams in multicultural environments, successfully overseeing complex projects with large budgets. They hold a Master's degree in Management and Information Technology from the University of Gdansk.
