Matt Watley has extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager in the Preconstruction Department at WEBCOR Builders since August 2011. Key roles at WEBCOR include oversight of Mechanical, Plumbing, and Fire Sprinkler contracts for the Moscone Expansion Project and MEP coordination for the Samsung AHQ (DS) Project. Previous positions included Virtual Building Project Engineer, focusing on 3D MEPF coordination and document control processes, as well as project engineering for the California Berkeley Memorial Stadium seismic retrofit. Prior experience at Turner Construction involved engineering for the Stanford Graduate School of Business and internship work at Oakland Airport. Matt Watley holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from California State University, Chico, obtained in 2009.
