Mei Lin Wolff

Mei Lin Wolff is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Webcor. Mei has over fifteen years of experience in human resources, including consultation, talent acquisition, training and development, employee relations, performance management, compensation, change management, and succession planning.

Wolff began their career in human resources at NFP D|A Financial as an HR and Benefits Consultant. Mei then moved to NFP, where they served as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner for four years. In their current role at Webcor, Wolff has been instrumental in developing the company's HR strategy and ensuring that it aligns with the company's business goals.

Under Wolff's leadership, Webcor's HR department has become a trusted partner to the business, providing valuable insights and recommendations that have helped the company grow and succeed. Wolff is a strategic thinker who is always looking for ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the HR function. Mei is a true partner to the business and is always looking out for the best interests of the company and its employees.

Mei Lin Wolff has a BA in Psychology from UC Santa Barbara, an MS in Counseling Psychology from Dominican University of California, a Cornell University ILR School Advanced Diversity and Inclusion Certificate, and certifications from SHRM and the HR Certification Institute.
