Rowena Domingo

Rowena Domingo is an experienced project director currently working at Webcor since September 2019, where previously Rowena held the role of Senior Project Manager in Project Controls. Prior to Webcor, Rowena spent a decade at AECOM as Project Controls Manager from July 2009 to September 2019. Rowena's career also includes positions at Lee Andrews Group as a Project Controls Specialist and Parsons as a Cost Engineer. Early career roles include accounting positions at California Apparel News and Mandel & Adriano. Rowena's academic background includes a BS in Accounting from DeVry University, complemented by education from Columbia University.
