Todd Mercer

Todd Mercer serves as the Senior Vice President at Webcor since June 2021 and is a Member of the Board of Directors for Silicon Valley Ventures & Laboratory, Inc. starting from November 2018. Todd holds a Master of Science in Construction Engineering & Management from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture, City and Regional Planning from the University of California, Berkeley.
