William Bartley currently serves as a Senior Project Director at Webcor, directing the UCSF New Hospital project at the Parnassus Campus since April 2024. In addition, William holds a Board Member position at Per-geesh Construction Corporation. Previously, William had a long tenure at Rudolph and Sletten from June 2006 to April 2024, where roles included Project Executive and Senior Project Manager for the Washington Hospital replacement hospital, along with earlier positions as Project Manager and Senior Project Engineer on various significant healthcare projects. William’s experience also includes project engineering roles at Childrens Hospital Los Angeles and MGM CityCenter. William began the career as an intern at Williams + Paddon and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from California State University, Chico.
