Zach Pollard

Zach Pollard has over seven years of experience in construction management, currently serving as a Superintendent at Webcor since June 2016. In this role, Zach has successfully led a $48 million life science lab tenant improvement project at Genesis Marina in Brisbane, CA, and contributed to significant preconstruction efforts for projects including student housing for UC Berkeley and the Los Angeles Convention Center Expansion. Prior positions include Assistant Superintendent, working on projects such as the Union House condominiums and Coterie Cathedral Hill Senior Living, and Senior Project Engineer involved in the $44 million Union House condominium project. Earlier roles included Project Engineer and intern positions on notable projects like the $430 million Moscone Convention Center renovation and the Survey Monkey Headquarters. Zach holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
