Karla Z.

Karla Z. has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2016 as a Contract Administrative Assistant for the Secretaría de Desarrollo Agrario Territorial y Urbano. In 2018, they moved to the Secretariat of the Interior/Secretaria de Gobernación as an Office Administrator. In 2019, they joined Xira as a Customer Success Manager and Key Account Manager. In 2021, they were promoted to Senior Customer Success Manager at Webdox CLM.

Karla Z. completed their Preparatoria degree at Universidad de Monterrey from 2009 to 2011. Karla then went on to obtain their International Affairs degree from Tecnológico de Monterrey from 2013 to 2018. Karla has also obtained several certifications, including El Abogado del Futuro: Legaltech y la Transformación Digital del Derecho from Universidad Austrial in July 2022, Product Analytics Certification (PAC) Mixpanel from Product School in December 2021, Initiating and Planning Projects, Project Management, Certification from University of California, Irvine Division of Continuing Education in September 2020, and Taller de redacción de discursos from Discurseros in September 2018.
