Kenny Muñoz

Kenny Muñoz has worked in various positions since 2009. Kenny began their career as a Vendedor/servicio técnico at Inversiones Mirkosoft in 2009. Kenny then moved to Inversiones Kanfs as an Encargado de Local in 2014. In 2015, they became an Analista de redes at Grupo Cevecon, where they were responsible for configuring servers, managing VO/IP servers, and configuring LAN networks. In 2016, they transitioned to Centro Clínico Vista Centro as a Coordinador de soporte de TI, where they implemented procedures for the control of services and platforms, and managed Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and remote desktop connections. From 2017 to 2022, they worked as a Jefe de equipo de soporte at Bopen Spa, where they administered virtualization servers and cloud infrastructure, including AWS, VMware 5.0, 5.5, and 6.0. Currently, they are working as an IT-Support at Webdox CLM.

Kenny Muñoz attended Colegio Universitario Francisco De Miranda from 2011 to 2016, where they obtained a degree in Ingeniería en informática with a field of study in Ingeniería informática. In September 2020, they obtained a certification in Asterisk y VoIP Básico from TechXpert.Guru.
