Javier Schiavi

Javier Schiavi has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Javier began their career at Mega Tecnologia S.A. in 2007, where they served as a Leader in the area of engineering and development. In this role, they led projects, released products, and provided technical support to clients. Schiavi then joined Aluflex in 2010 as the Head of Maintenance, where they oversaw maintenance operations until 2013. Javier then moved to Colgate Palmolive, starting as a Maintenance Manager in 2013 and eventually becoming the Plant Engineering Manager in 2019. At Colgate Palmolive, they were responsible for maintenance and engineering operations until 2021. In 2021, Schiavi transitioned to working as a Consultant of Engineering before joining Webee in 2022 as the Director of Operations.

Javier Schiavi attended the Universidad Tecnológica Nacional from 1998 to 2012. During this time, they pursued a degree in Electronic Engineering, which they successfully completed in 2009.
