Kirk Appleford

Kirk Appleford has over 20 years of experience in various roles relating to business development, sales, and IoT solutions. Kirk is currently the Director of Sales at Webee, where they are responsible for developing the sales department's strategy, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Prior to this, Kirk worked at Semtech as the Director of Business Development for the Agribusiness/Agrifood sector, where they focused on global partner and solutions development. Kirk also held the position of Director of IoT at Proagrica, where they developed and implemented the organization's IoT strategy and managed the development and deployment of IoT solutions. Kirk has experience in international business development and IoT, having worked at SST Software and Forsberg Services Ltd. In addition, they served as the Director of Business Development LATAM and Director of Innovation at Raven Industries. Kirk began their career at Ranchview Inc. as the Vice President and later worked as the President of NXCO Inc., where they were responsible for designing and implementing wireless communication solutions.

Kirk Appleford attended Liceo de Atenas from 1978 to 1979, where they obtained their Secondary Degree in General studies. Kirk later pursued their education at Universidad de Costa Rica UCR from 1980 to 1983, specializing in Computer Science.
