Valens Dias

Valens Dias is a Quality Assurance Engineer with extensive experience in software testing. Currently leading a team of five at WebEngage, Valens oversees major product feature testing and client tickets, while also preparing test plans based on product specifications. Prior to this role, Valens worked as a Manual Software Tester at Hungama Digital Media Entertainment Pvt. Ltd., engaging in Agile testing and regression while reporting bugs through JIRA, and coordinating with developers for bug fixes. Valens also gained experience as an Intern Java Developer, focusing on data conversion and database management. Valens holds an ISTQB-Foundation certification in Software Testing and has a GNIIT degree from NIIT Institute, along with a Bachelor of Commerce and additional education in Business and Commerce.
