Sam Berlien

Sam Berlien currently serves as Vice President, Strategic Finance and Treasurer at Weber LLC since October 2023. Previously, Berlien held positions as Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis and Investor Relations at MCC Label, as well as Vice President of Global Financial Planning & Analysis at Axalta, where responsibilities included presenting financial results to senior management and leading strategic corporate finance initiatives. With an extensive background in financial planning and analysis, Berlien has contributed to building finance functions from the ground up, overseeing audits, and facilitating initial public offerings during roles at ExxonMobil and DuPont. Berlien holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Northwestern University and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management from Purdue University.
