Tom Fuller

Tom Fuller is an experienced product management professional with a strong background in developing market-driven strategies and overseeing product lines across multiple industries. Since February 2011, Tom has served as the Director of EMEA Product Management at Weber-Stephen Products LLC, leading the European Product Team in harnessing consumer insights to enhance product strategies. Previously, Tom held the Director role for Global Product Development, focusing on charcoal, electric grills, and fuel categories. Tom's career also includes significant roles as Senior Product Manager at Culligan International, where responsibilities included P&L oversight, and as Product Manager at both Robert Bosch Tool Corporation NA and RC2, where product development and line maintenance were crucial. Tom's tenure at Life Fitness involved managing the development process for cardiovascular and strength equipment. Tom is a graduate of Butler University with a BS in Marketing.
