Joema Scott, PMP, CSM, RTE, is currently the Vice President of Operations at WebFirst, a role they have held since transitioning from Director in 2022. With a background in project management, agile processes, and customer relations, Joema has extensive experience across various organizations including STRATA, R2integrated, and Phase2 Technology. Joema previously served as a Health Care Research Assistant at NationsBanc Montgomery Securities LLC and began their career as a Compliance Assistant at Innovations Personnel Services, Inc. Joema also pursued education at multiple institutions, including Northwestern University and UC Berkeley Extension.
