Scott Bleggi

Scott Bleggi is a retired federal agency executive and career Foreign Service Officer with 35 years of experience in international affairs, trade, and development. They currently serve as Principal Consultant at SBGroup Consultants, focusing on program and personnel management, as well as representation before Congress and the Administration. Bleggi has held various consulting roles, including Senior Consultant at Humintell and WebFirst Inc., and has contributed to advocacy efforts at Bread for the World. They earned a B.S. in Agricultural Trade, Business Management, and Food Marketing from Penn State University.
