Amanda Cox

Amanda Cox has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Amanda has recently worked as a Frontend Software Engineer at Webflow since March 2022. Prior to that, they were a Frontend Developer at PracticeGenius from February 2021 to March 2022.

Before that, Amanda worked at tuzag, inc. as a Software Developer from July 2020 to February 2021. In this role, they built full stack web applications using various technologies like React, Redux, React Native, Material UI, Node, Express, PostgreSQL, and Sequelize. Amanda also led the Frontend UI work and served as a Subject Matter Expert in User Experience. Amanda converted existing state management to Redux and created higher-order reducers for scalability.

Amanda's previous experience includes working at Indeed.com from April 2019 to February 2020 as a Senior Project Manager/Software Developer. Amanda developed Python + Flask web applications to track projects, create/send weekly status email reports, and track Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) progress. Earlier at Indeed.com, they worked as a Project Manager from October 2018 to April 2019, where they increased the speed of internal promotion code creation and developed a Python cron to display progress on team's initiatives. Amanda also served as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer from July 2016 to November 2018, where they interviewed and grew the QA organization, trained and mentored test teams, and organized testing of a tech stack migration.

Amanda's earlier experience includes working at BFG Communications. Amanda worked as a QA Developer for the R.J. Reynolds account from December 2013 to September 2014, where they analyzed requirements and executed test plans. Amanda also worked as an Account Executive from March 2013 to December 2013 and as an Account Coordinator from July 2011 to February 2013.

Amanda Cox obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Advertising and Public Relations from the University of Central Florida between the years 2005 and 2009.
