Cyndi Miller, CPP, has extensive experience in payroll management and administration. Cyndi recently joined Webflow as the Head of Global Payroll in December 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Papaya Global as the Director, Payroll Expert from August 2021 to November 2021. Cyndi also served as the Sr. Global Payroll Manager at GitHub from April 2017 to August 2021. Cyndi was responsible for managing and ensuring the accuracy of US and international payrolls.

Before their time at GitHub, Cyndi held various payroll management roles at Mixpanel, Optimizely, Practice Fusion, Twitter, Palantir Technologies, and Exelixis. In these roles, they were responsible for full cycle payroll processing, implementing payroll processes and procedures, payroll accounting, payroll system implementations, and overseeing international payrolls. Cyndi also worked on compliance with SOX and state/federal regulations, prepared journal entries and accruals, collaborated with HR and finance departments, and acted as a liaison for outsourced payroll tax filing.

Cyndi Miller, CPP has a B.S. degree in Mass Communication with a focus on Advertising and Marketing from Boston University. Cyndi also holds a Certificate of Business from the University of California, Berkeley, with a specialization in Business, Accounting, and Human Resources. In addition to their formal education, Cyndi has obtained several certifications, including becoming a Certified Payroll Professional from the American Payroll Association in September 2014 and obtaining a Global Payroll Management Program Certificate from the Global Payroll Management Institute (GPMI). Cyndi is also a certified Payroll Professional by the American Payroll Association.
