Dustin Neighly

Dustin Neighly has extensive work experience in software engineering, primarily focusing on frontend development. Dustin is currently working as a Software Engineer, Frontend at Webflow since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Glowforge as a Frontend Engineer from May 2021 to November 2021.

From 2019 to 2021, Dustin worked at Alo Moves as a Front End Developer. Dustin played a leading role in launching multiple customer-facing features and improving trial conversion rates. Dustin also created a unified member management flow, reducing errors and improving efficiency.

In 2019, Dustin volunteered at Ready, Set, Vote! as a Back End Engineer, where they migrated a website to a new technology stack.
