Jono Hale

Jono Hale has a diverse work experience spanning from 2008 to the present day. Jono began their career as the Owner of Refresh Media, a role they held from 2008 to 2013. Following this, they worked at LevinLife Church as a Youth Pastor from 2012 to 2013.

In 2013, Jono joined Jumprope l design thinking, where they held several roles, including Graphic Designer, Conceptual Designer/Campaign Ideas, Experience Designer, and Lead Creative. Jono worked on projects for clients such as Fonterra Global, Fonterra R&D Centre, UCOL, Palmerston North Operatic Society, Lincoln Agritech, and Manawatu District Council. Jono'sresponsibilities included conceptual design, video production, graphic and web design, campaign ideas, and digital and social media marketing.

From 2015 to 2016, Jono worked as an Account Director at Lamp Studios, a digital marketing and video production agency. In this role, they managed projects from start to finish, including project management, logistics, digital marketing, and client relationships.

In 2017, Jono joined Staples VR as a Project Manager, where they collaborated with a passionate team to offer training, technical support, and workshops on VR and AR technology. Jono held this role until 2018.

In the same year, Jono founded their own creative agency, Stride & Partners, which focused on social media and branding. Shortly after, the agency merged with SWARM Strategy, where Jono served as Brand & Key Accounts and later as Creative Director until 2020.

Jono then joined Staples VR again in 2020 as an Account Director - Wellington. In this role, they worked closely with clients, providing VR production services and managing accounts.

Most recently, in 2021, Jono is employed at Webflow as a Technical Customer Support Specialist, and they later transitioned to a Technical Support Specialist role in 2022.
