Katie Alvarez

Katie Alvarez is a results-driven program manager with a background in counseling and a passion for connecting with others. Currently serving as a Senior Solutions Engineer at Webflow, they previously held various roles including Manager of Student Services at USC School of Cinematic Arts, where they significantly increased scholarship applications and improved operational efficiency. Katie has volunteered as Vice President of the California School Employees Association Chapter #490 and contributed to the Professional Development Committee. Educated with a Master’s in Educational Counseling from USC Rossier School of Education, they are committed to supporting underrepresented communities and enhancing diversity and inclusion.
