Katie Fujihara

Katie Fujihara has a diverse range of work experience. Katie started their career as an American English Institute Tutor at the University of Oregon in 2012. In 2013, they worked as a Marketing Intern at the Aflac Regional Office and also as an Account Clerk for the Student Life and Development Fiscal Office at the University of Hawaii at Manoa.

In 2015, Katie had internships at both Yelp as a Social Media Marketing Intern and OmniTrak Group Inc. as a Market Research Intern. Katie then transitioned to a role as a Temporary Sales & Marketing Coordinator at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. in 2016, before moving on to work as a CX Specialist at Grove Collaborative for the majority of the year.

In 2018, they gained experience as a Marketing Automation Intern at Puppet before joining Webflow in 2019 as a Software Engineer II, where they are currently employed.

Katie Fujihara completed their Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Japanese with a minor in Women's Studies at the University of Hawaii at Manoa from 2012 to 2015. In 2018, they pursued further education at Epicodus, focusing on Ruby on Rails and JavaScript (Angular 2). Katie also studied Japanese Language and Literature at Konan University from 2013 to 2014. Prior to their time at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, Katie spent a year studying Business and Japanese at the University of Oregon from 2011 to 2012.
