Lauren Chilcote

Lauren Chilcote has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Lauren'smost recent position is with Webflow, where they started in 2022 as a Senior Product Designer. Prior to that, they worked at On Deck as a Design Fellow from 2022 to 2023. Lauren was also a Principal Product Designer at mmhmm from December 2021 to May 2022. Lauren has a significant tenure at Buffer, where they held the roles of Staff Product Designer from July 2021 to November 2021, and Senior Product Designer from May 2019 to June 2021. Before Buffer, Lauren worked at Talent Inc. as a Senior Design Technologist from January 2019 to April 2019, a Design Technologist from January 2017 to January 2019, and a Web Designer from May 2015 to January 2017. Early in their career, they worked at Burlen Corporation as an Assistant Art Director from April 2014 to April 2015, a Senior Graphic Designer from May 2008 to April 2014, and a Color Analyst & Production Coordinator from July 2007 to April 2008. Additionally, Lauren had a freelance position as a Graphic Designer at Castlewood Apparel from June 2011 to August 2011.

Lauren Chilcote completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Apparel Design & Technology and German from Florida State University from 2002 to 2007. In 2013, they completed a course in Front End Web Development at General Assembly. Lauren also pursued courses in JavaScript Development in 2016 and User Experience Design in 2015 at General Assembly.
