Melissa Eaker

Melissa Eaker is a seasoned professional in customer success with extensive experience across various companies. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Customer Success at Webflow since August 2023, Melissa previously held multiple positions at WP Engine from May 2015 to March 2023, culminating in the role of Director, Customer Success. Prior to WP Engine, Melissa worked at Fiserv as a Key Account Manager and gained further experience at BMC Software in strategic sales and account management roles. Early career positions include account management and team leadership at Pop Labs, Inc. and TopSpot Internet Marketing, as well as a management role at Segal McCambridge Singer & Mahoney. Melissa earned a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin and also completed an intensive Spanish language program at Universidad de Granada.
