Rob Smith

Rob Smith is an experienced customer success professional, currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Webflow since September 2021. Prior to this role, Rob held various positions at edX from May 2018 to August 2021, including Manager of Customer Success and Senior Customer Success Associate. Rob began a career in customer success at WR Immigration, where responsibilities included serving as Paralegal II from August 2016 to May 2018.
