Rocio D.

Rocio D. has an extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. They most recently worked at Webflow as a Sr. Engineering Manager starting in October 2022. Prior to that, Rocio worked at Slack, initially as a Sr. Engineering Manager from February 2018 to October 2022, and then as the Director of Engineering from September 2021 to October 2022. Before Slack, Rocio worked at GitHub as a Sr. Engineering Manager from March 2016 to February 2018, and as a Sr. Platform Engineer from June 2015 to March 2016.

Rocio's earlier experience includes working at WorkMarket, an ADP company, where they held the role of Director of Software Engineering from October 2012 to June 2015. Prior to that, Rocio was a Senior Software Engineer at the company from September 2010 to October 2012. It is notable that they were one of the early employees and played a significant role in building the initial version of the back-end services and APIs, as well as managing the search and MySql infrastructure.
