Sean Jackson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Sean started their career as an Elementary School Teacher at Millard Public Schools from August 2014 to May 2018. Sean then transitioned to the tech industry, working at WP Engine from June 2019 to September 2021. During this time, they served as a Happiness Engineer and later as a Technical Support Team Lead. At WP Engine, Sean provided technical support and guidance to customers, both through chat and one-on-one interactions. Sean also developed leadership skills and implemented data collection processes for the support team.
In 2018, Sean joined Flywheel as a Sales Development Representative, where they successfully made outbound sales calls and collaborated with senior sales representatives. Later, they took on the role of Happiness Engineer, providing support and guidance to colleagues and customers. Sean's responsibilities included answering chats and assisting team members through ramp-up periods and ongoing troubleshooting.
Currently, Sean holds the position of Enterprise Technical Support Specialist at Webflow, starting in September 2021. As an expert in technical customer support, they assist enterprise-level customers and provides troubleshooting assistance. Sean'sprevious experience in technical support roles and team leadership has equipped him with the skills necessary to excel in this position.
Sean Jackson completed a Master's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of Nebraska at Omaha from 2011 to 2014. In addition, they obtained multiple certifications on various topics such as management, communication, coaching, and performance management from LinkedIn in June 2021.
