Tracy Rivas

Tracy Rivas is a seasoned media and partner program manager with extensive experience in creator-centric roles and event management. Currently serving as a Partner Program Manager at Webflow, Rivas previously held positions at Spotify, where significant achievements included empowering over 5,000 global creators, orchestrating high-profile events like Podcast Movement, and executing a successful Creator Day in LA. At Bleacher Report, Rivas expanded the creator network and executed impactful marketing strategies, while prior roles at VICE Media, WeWork, and NBC showcased expertise in production and event coordination. Rivas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Integrated Marketing and Communications from Ithaca College.
