Gary Coats

Gary Coats has extensive work experience in the travel and technology industries. Gary began their career in 1982 as a Senior Director of Operations at SatoTravel, where they managed operations for 900 offices and 3,000 employees with $1 billion in revenues. Gary was successful in posting the highest profit level in the company's 50 year history. In 1992, they were hired as the CEO of Europ Assistance USA, a worldwide concierge and emergency assistance company headquartered in France. Gary was successful in turning the company around within the first year. From 1995 to 1997, they were the Vice President of Operations at Travel and Transport, Inc., where they were hired to guide the company through a rebuilding phase. Gary then moved on to Global Travel as the General Manager from 1997 to 1999, where they were responsible for corporate and retail 25 offices, call center and HQ operations. Gary successfully turned the company around within 10 months. From 1999 to 2000, they were the General Manager at Carlson Companies, where they built a new call center from the ground up to consolidate service delivery from 5 call centers. Gary then moved on to LesConcierges as the Vice President of Operations from 2000 to 2002. From 2002 to 2010, they were the President and Chief Operating Officer at Marketron Broadcast Solutions, where they were responsible for all operations, domestic and international for an enterprise software company. From 2010 to 2012, they were the Chief Operating Officer at Bitcentral, where they successfully built a team to rebuild a scalable and efficient operational infrastructure. Gary is currently the Founder and COO at TEN RING SOLUTIONS, LLC, where they offer full-time or part-time support as a fractional contract COO. Gary is also currently a Fractional COO for Sawtooth Enterprises, an internet marketing company, and Organic Health Protocol, an e-commerce company. In 2022, they will begin as the Chief Operating Financial Officer at WebForce.

Gary Coats attended Riverside City College from 1971 to 1973, where they studied Law Enforcement.
