Komal M. started working as a Human Resources Assistant at the Institute of Finance and Technology in January 2021. Komal assisted with day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties, prepared payroll, maintained employee records, and was involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process.

In 2022, Komal worked as a Sales Executive at WebHR, demonstrating knowledge of customer success processes, being highly organized, and able to multitask. Komal also excelled in communication and interpersonal skills. After three months, they transitioned into a new role as a Customer Service Officer.

From July 2022 to June 2023, Komal worked as an Account Executive at Motive, where they cold-called high volumes, prospected new business, made outbound calls, and demoed the Motive software to prospective fleet managers and drivers.

Komal is currently a Sales Executive at WebHR as of May 2023.

Komal M. earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) from Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology. The course of study lasted from 2016 to 2020.
