Lars Borgwardt

Lars Borgwardt has extensive work experience in various industries and roles.

Lars is currently working as the Head of International Projects and Senior Key Account Manager at WebID since September 2022. WebID Solutions GmbH is a company specializing in online identification services, including video identification and digital identities. Lars has been responsible for managing international projects and key accounts.

Prior to their current role, Lars worked at MSAB from 2019 to 2022. Lars held positions such as Manager Customer Success Most of the World, Team Lead Customer Success Most of the World, Interim Regional Sales & Marketing Manager, and Customer Success Agent DACH.

From 2016 to 2019, Lars served as the Business Director at Blueprint Partners. Lars successfully managed the Dubai branch, achieved break-even in the second year of establishment, and implemented various digital solutions for clients such as Porsche, Jaguar Land Rover, and Sony PlayStation.

Before that, Lars worked at SALT & PEPPER Events from 2007 to 2016, where they held positions as Events Director, Senior Project Manager, and Project Manager. Lars played a crucial role in developing SALT & PEPPER Events into one of the leading event agencies in the U.A.E.

Lars also has experience as the Managing Director at i-Ventura from 2005 to 2007, Executive Board & Head of Events Department at i-Ventilator e.V. from 2005 to 2007, and as an Intern at Harrison & Shriftman LLC in 2005. Lars started their career as an Intern and part-time employee at Ray Entertainment International GmbH in 2004.
