Ryan Hayson is the Director of Customer Experience at webinar.net since December 2021. With previous experience as a Webcast Producer and SR. Customer Success Manager at The Streaming Network, he has worked on various virtual engagements. Prior to that, he was a Morning Show Producer and Digital Content Provider at JAZZ.FM91. His background also includes being a Simulcast Operator at Cable 14 Hamilton and a Freelance Digital Streaming & Live To Air Technician at CBC Television. Ryan Hayson holds a degree in Broadcasting - Television and Communications Media from Mohawk College.
