Billy Ngo began their work experience in 2010 as a Student Intern at KMS Technology, Inc., where they researched ASP.NET and related technologies. Billy then worked as a Student Programmer at Academic & Research Computing, Portland State University from 2011 to 2013, where they developed and managed PHP websites and automated data modification using Python Selenium RC.

In 2013, Ngo joined BaldPeak Software as a Software Engineer, where they developed PeakPortal, a web-based application that connects to Zuora and Salesforce. From 2017 to present, they have served as a Java Developer at Advanced E-Media, Inc./WebJaguar E-Commerce, developing features for the WebJaguar platform and creating the Artwork Visualization Module.

During the same period, Ngo also worked as a Teaching Assistant at California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, helping with Operating System class materials and grading assignments.

Billy Ngo has a strong education history in the field of Computer Science.
